Information you provide
The buyer form requests first name, last name, business email, phone number and an optional website. The publisher form also requests business details, office location, category selections, campaign information, references and front/back identity documents. Do not enter payment card details, bank passwords or unrelated sensitive information.
Application PDFs and email
After you submit, the website prepares a PDF containing the information you entered and, for publishers, traffic-source links, creatives, dashboard screenshots, office/creative videos, buyer reference contacts, proof screenshots and uploaded identity-document images. The PDF is sent to the email address you provide (and confirm for publisher applications) and the configured Homefixx Pro office inbox. Ensure your address is accurate and that you are comfortable receiving these documents by email.
Processing and retention
Files are processed in private server storage. Uploaded videos use private download links included in your application PDF; anyone with the link can download the video until it expires after 30 days. Expired public-link video copies are deleted by the scheduled cleanup task. A separate private archive of application data, PDFs, the accepted publisher agreement, screenshots and videos remains available only to the site owner for application review and partnership administration until removed by the operator. Documents are removed from the processing queue once both notification emails have been accepted by the mail server. Failed deliveries remain in the private queue for retry or deletion by the site operator. Copies in recipient inboxes remain subject to the recipients’ retention practices. Minimal delivery records may be retained for operational troubleshooting.
How information is used
Information is used to assess partner suitability, verify business and identity details, respond to applications and discuss campaign requirements. Submission does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.
Service providers and references
Hosting and email providers process information to operate the site and deliver application emails. If you provide a reference contact, you confirm you have permission to share their business contact details. Identity documents are not displayed in the public service directory.
Cookies and browser data
The hosting version uses a necessary session cookie for form security. No advertising analytics are installed in this package. Form data is not saved to browser local storage.
Your requests
To correct, access or request deletion of an application, reply to your confirmation email once the production contact inbox is configured. Quote your application reference. Application archives and pending delivery files can be removed by the site operator upon a valid deletion request.
